Looking for a Delivery Operations Support + Customer Support to work 4-5 days a week

A Singapore based company is looking for 4x home-based employees to work as delivery operations support and customer support.

3 Shift Types available: 1-hour break included

  • Monday-Sunday: 8am-5pm
  • Monday-Sunday: 3pm-12am
  • Saturday-Sunday: 11am-8pm

Pay will be within 3rd-5th working day of the month/ SGD $4/hr

About the role:

  • Monitor driver SLA via in-house and external logistics platform
  • Respond to basic driver and restaurant support requests regarding delivery operations
  • Provide customer service support for delivery orders, and/or other business channels
  • Demonstrates empathy and the ability to resolve challenging interpersonal and customer/business situations
  • Resolve high volume of customer enquiries through various support modalities which may include inbound and outbound calls, email, chat, and messaging

  • Basic understanding of delivery operations
  • At least 2 years experience in Customer Service
  • Experience working home-based
  • Stable internet connection, with backup necessary
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem solving skills and showing high initiative
  • Work well in a team environment, contributing to a collaborative work environment where people learn from one another and continuously improve processes on behalf of users
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and outside of a standard 8 am to 5 pm shift
