This role will be an integral member of the Thailand Marketing team - responsible for driving traffic, awareness, and conversions through the conceptualisation and execution of marketing initiatives. The role will be in charge of the various communication channels (eDMs, social media, push notifications, etc.) and campaign management. Whether it's for user engagement or restaurant marketing, you will be expected to work with multiple stakeholders to create impactful content that gets people moving.

The ideal candidate should be both creative and data-driven. You will need empathy to get into users' heads, an eye for aesthetics to ensure we have captivating visuals, a knack for killer copy that invokes action, and an analytical mindset to produce results. You will report directly to the Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in driving Chope towards our next exciting phase of growth!


  • Manage, plan, and create content for Chope's communications
  • Conceptualise, write, and create graphics for digital assets across channels
  • Strategise and drive local campaigns and other initiatives from end-to-end through multiple channels (email, social media, push notification, in-app, website, etc.) with the right user segmentations that tap into the overall customer lifecycle and loyalty plan
  • Deliver and analyse results with respect to campaign management, content, creatives, A/B testing, optimizing, and scaling for the Thailand market
  • Work closely with Regional Marketing team to roll out regional campaigns and CRM strategies to onboard, engage, upsell, and prevent churn for our users


  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or campaign management
  • Excellent writing skills in English and Thai
  • Experience in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver
  • Knowledge of CMS systems and email marketing tools such as Salesforce and Mailchimp
  • Knowledge of HTML codes would be an advantage
  • Experience in using Google Analytics and other web tools to track and analyse campaigns
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and can adhere to deadlines across multiple projects
  • Social media-savvy with a keen interest in content, lifestyle, and pop culture trends both locally and globally

While not required, the following skills/experience will be favourably considered

  • Having a passion for the F&B and technology ecosystem, particularly in the areas of dining, discovery, and deals
  • Experience in e-commerce and Shopify
