Be a fundamental part of the regional team’s CRM activities in conjunction with local markets (Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, HK, China) supporting both B2C and B2B CRM.

About the role

  • Work closely with the Engagement Marketing Manager to roll out CRM strategies to onboard, engage, upsell and prevent churn for our users
  • Has a data-driven mindset to understand local market users and performance and deploy findings to fine-tune / launch targeted campaigns
  • Has experience in planning / executing customer campaigns before with the use of targeted segmentations and personalization that tap into overall customer lifecycle / loyalty plan
  • Understands test and learn approach to campaigns to discover the best mix of strategies required for engage and retain users
  • Be able to liaise with local markets to ensure all local market relevance for regional campaigns to be launched
  • Monitor and ensure all CRM KPIs are tracked by markets on a monthly basis for reporting
  • Helps to manage relationships with Salesforce and platform vendors to troubleshoot for issues where necessary
  • Assist local markets to for their local campaigns and other initiatives from end-to-end through multiple channels (email / In-app / Push, onsite, etc) where necessary

What Are We Looking For:

  • Has at least 1 year - 2 years experience in CRM
  • Have understanding of data capture and data cleaning practices to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and how it ties back to business outcomes
  • Has some understanding of privacy and data related requirements in accordance to local markets’ laws and regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and conscientious
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
  • Self driven and motivated
